brush组件在开启dataZoom & zoomAfterBrush，每次brush后计算dataZoom的range没有考虑axis.scaleRangeFactor，导致zoom after brush的范围不对。参考未开启data zoom组件的zoom after brush计算逻辑进行fix，提取了公共逻辑计算dataZoom组件的start and end percent
